Shipping Methods & Policy Store Hours:  9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. M.S.T.  (Monday - Friday), Closed Saturday & Sunday

Online Store Hours:  Online orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Holiday Schedule: Closed for the following holidays:  Memorial Day, Independence Day (4th of July), Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Day (and the 3 days following: Friday, Saturday & Sunday), Christmas Eve (Dec. 24th) and Christmas (Dec. 25th), New Year's Eve, New Year's Day. Please note that when our customer support and shipping department are closed, and you would like to place an order, you may place an order through our online store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at www.fabulouspetstore.com

Return Policy: Please read carefully:    If your merchandise is found to be defective, call us at:  1(480) 677-8439, within 24-48 hrs to report the defect, so that we can process a Return Authorization Shipment.  No Returns or Exchanges on Health Juices.  No shipments will be accepted without an Return Authorization Number.  After you call us with your defective merchandise information,  you will be given a Return Authorization Number.  Once you receive your Return Authorization Number, you must ship back the merchandise no later than 3 days of receiving RA# (post mark must be dated no later than 3 days of receiving RA # or there will be an additional 15% fee charged to your return).  The RA # MUST also be visibly written on the outside of the package being returned to Fabulous Pet Store, and please include a copy of your original receipt with all merchandise being returned.  Fabulous Pet Store will refuse any box without an RA #, sorry.   The buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges when returning merchandise back to Fabulous Pet Store.  After the wrongly shipped or defective merchandise has been shipped back to Fabulous Pet Store, Fabulous Pet Store will then refund the buyer their shipping cost.  Please securely pack the item in it's original package with all tags still attached and ship it back to Fabulous Pet Store via UPS, US Mail Parcel Post, First Class, or by Priority Mail with insurance.  *For your safety, please insure all merchandise being returned to us, and have a tracking number for the package.  We  We are not responsible for lost or damaged items if you do not insure your package when shipping back to us.  To avoid returning merchandise to us, please contact us prior to ordering if you have questions or concerns about any of our products. *Important:  Before shipping any merchandise back to the warehouse, you must contact Fabulous Pet Store for a Return Authorization Number (RA#), please call 1(480) 677-8439.  We will not accept any merchandise returned to us without a Return Authorization Number.   We do not ship to any area outside of the 48 contiguous states, sorry.  We do not do any refunds or exchanges on wrongly ordered sizes or colours made by the customer, sorry.  Also, we do not do any refunds or exchanges on pet strollers.  There is a measuring chart on the "How to Measure Your Pet" for the customer's convenience.

Shipping Methods:

In most cases, your order will be shipped out and will be available for tracking within 5 business days from your purchase. We offer competitive shipping rates.  Please note:  UPS charges a $5.00 fee for ground packages that need an address correction.  Please be sure that all your address information is correct before completing your order.  If your address needs to be corrected, you will be charged a $5.00 fee. 

Availability Policy

If an item is not available, we will notify you by E-Mail and/or by telephone as soon as possible to let you know when the item will become available.

Cancellations & Refusals on Orders:

If you cancel your order and your order has already been processed, there will be a 10% cancellation fee.  If your order has already been shipped and you refuse your package upon delivery, you will be charged the freight costs incurred from the product(s) being shipped to you and the freight costs incurred from the product(s) being shipped back to us, and there will be a 10% restocking fee applied.

 

Damaged/Incorrect /Defective Merchandise:

If you receive your package and merchandise is damaged, defective, or you have received the incorrect merchandise, please, please contact us at:  1(480) 677-8439, within 24-48 hours of receiving your package regarding the damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise.  We will not be responsible for any reports made to us after the specified time frame.    When you contact us, you will be given a *Return Authorization Number, which you will write visibly on the outside of your package and ship back to Fabulous Pet Store.  After your order is re-shipped to you by Fabulous Pet Store, you will be refunded for your return shipping only.
